Shipping Policy

Responsible delivery for an elevated experience.

All orders from High Vault Market are shipped with care, compliance, and discretion. Because our products contain hemp-derived THC, they can only be received by an adult 21 years of age or older.

An adult signature is required upon delivery — carriers will not leave packages unattended or deliver to P.O. boxes. Please ensure someone is available at your delivery address to sign for your order.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours of being placed. Once shipped, most deliveries arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to varying state regulations on hemp-derived THC, delivery may not be available in certain states. If your state does not appear as an option at checkout, we are unable to ship there at this time. We continuously monitor legislation and will update our availability as new states become eligible.

We are also unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact our team within 7 days of delivery at support@highvaultmarket.com. We’ll review your case promptly and ensure a replacement or resolution — every time.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and delivery updates. You can also log into your account anytime to view your order status.
